🎃 Pumpkin Painting Evening 🎃 Friday 3rd Octo 🎃 Pumpkin Painting Evening 🎃
Friday 3rd October 2025 | 7–9pm

This Halloween, forget the carving mess – and create something you’ll treasure year after year!

Join us for a magical evening of pumpkin painting at Cheshire Clay Studios. You’ll be decorating your very own large ceramic pumpkin (or a spooky trio of smaller pumpkins/skulls) – the perfect show-stopping table centrepiece or porch decoration.

Choose from:

11 Mega Pumpkins waiting for your masterpiece
A spooky selection of smaller pumpkins and skulls
Inspiration galore – from Day of the Dead designs to bold Picasso colours
We’ll provide everything: brushes, glazes, firings, and plenty of creative inspiration – plus a welcome glass of fizz and some delightfully creepy nibbles to keep the ideas flowing.

Come with friends, bring the family, or fly in solo – our studio will be warm, welcoming… and just a little bit spooky.

 £50 per person
Includes your chosen ceramic pumpkin(s), all materials, glazing, and firing. Finished pieces will be ready to collect before Halloween.

Places are strictly limited to keep the atmosphere cosy – so book early if you dare!

Bubble glazing is not only fun, but creates stunni Bubble glazing is not only fun, but creates stunning results!
Take 3 dessert spoons of an underglaze of your choice of colour. Add 6 dessert spoons of water and 8-10 drops of washing up liquid.
Stir briskly. Using a plastic straw blow the bubbles onto your bisqued piece. Blowing slowly creates big bubbles, faster makes smaller ones.
Allow the bubbles to dry and then apply transparent glaze.
Prepare to be wowed when you open the kiln!
